Written piece
A nobody

About this piece
This poem reflects the feeling of being overlooked in a world where privilege, money, and power often speak louder than talent and potential. It captures the quiet struggle of an ordinary person who carries extraordinary dreams and ideas but feels unseen and unheard.
I was born without trumpets,
Just another cry foldeld into the noise of the world.
A world where doors meant for me open for hands that greased them.
A world where voices blur beneath politics and power,
where merit whispers
but money speaks loudly.
Called ordinary,
Extra-ordinary as air that forgot how to matter
I carry galaxies in my chest
Without letting them shine through my ribs
Brimming with ideas in the world that has no space for me.
In the end
I'm not the main character in my story
Just a comma in someone's sentence
