Sony World Photography Awards

The Sony World Photography Awards 2026 are open for submissions!

Entering its 19th year, this leading photography competition remains completely free to enter and they welcome submissions from all photographers from around the world.

They are running four competitions that you can enter:
Professional (Deadline: 13 January 2026)
Open (Deadline: 6 January 2026)
Youth (Deadline: 6 January 2026)
Student (Deadline: 28 November 2025)

If your work is selected, you could win up to $25,000 and have your photography included in exhibitions worldwide.
