Delegate-led sessions at CPF 2022: expression of interest form

Submit your abstract using the form below on or before 5pm BST (London) on 10 May 2022. Please note: Applications may be processed on a rolling basis due to the high numbers of submissions, you are therefore encouraged to submit your application as early as possible.

Delegates at CPF 2022 have the opportunity to design and run a session. Space is available for six 45 minute sessions, for groups of either 30 or 70 delegates each. The sessions should relate to the themes of CPF 2022, be engaging and practical in their relevance for attendees, and be grounded in your own work.

Sessions can be designed in any format of your choosing. Rooms will be set up theatre-style (for the room with capacity for 70 people) or boardroom style (for the room with capacity for 30 people) with seating around the room periphery.

We encourage sessions to include diversity of thought and a range of speakers.  Sessions can be designed in any format of your choosing, and we encourage participation from attendees. (Rooms will be set up theatre-style but can be amended if this is indicated as part of your expression of interest).

If you would like to run a delegate-led session, please submit an abstract of maximum 250 words. This should outline the rationale, objective, content and methodology of your proposed session.

Any queries regarding the submission process for your abstract should be sent to m.hussein@commonwealth.int with the heading ‘ATTENTION: Delegate-led session – CPF 2022’

If your submission is selected, we will let you know on 18 May, with further guidance on preparing for your session. Only successful delegates will be contacted.
