2026 Commonwealth People’s Forum Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in attending the Commonwealth People’s Forum 2026. We look forward to receiving your application. 

Please note that attendance at the Forum is subject to venue capacity and completion of the accreditation process. Submission of this form does not guarantee a place at the Forum. 

Applications will be reviewed and, if successful, applicants will be invited to complete accreditation through the official CHOGM accreditation portal. 

The Foundation has a limited amount of funding to support participation at the Forum:

Funding for Antiguan and Barbudan delegates:

We have funding to support the participation of up to 50 civil society leaders, advocates, and supporters based in Antigua and Barbuda. Selected local delegates will receive a contribution of EC$430 towards the costs associated with participating in the three-day Forum programme. Funding will be distributed at the conclusion of the People’s Forum on 4 November. Prospective delegates will be sent the funding application form after registering their interest, using the form on this page.

Funding for delegates from outside of Antigua and Barbuda:

We are unable to provide financial support for travel, accommodation, visas, or other participation costs for international delegates. This registration process is intended for individuals who can fund their own attendance. Participants are also responsible for independently making and managing their own travel, accommodation, visa, and related arrangements, as the Commonwealth Foundation is unable to provide administrative support for these processes.
