The power of youth-led radio

On UNESCO World Radio Day 2015, Lesedi Mogoatlhe talks about how a youth-led radio project is offering an innovative alternative to traditional HIV messaging. 

With a grant from the Commonwealth Foundation, Children’s Radio Foundation are training mentors and young people in Cape Town to use radio as a tool to get young people talking about HIV/AIDS in their community.
