Let’s Tell this Story Properly: An Anthology of the Commonwealth Short Story Prize

About the project

The Commonwealth Short Story Prize is for the best piece of unpublished short fiction. The prize is open to all Commonwealth citizens, published or unpublished, and judged by an international panel of writers from the different regions of the Commonwealth.

With a foreword by Romesh Gunesekera, this anthology comprises some of the strongest entries to the Prize between 2012 and 2014, selected by the Chairs of the judging panels: author Bernardine Evaristo, broadcaster and journalist Razia Iqbal, and editor and critic Ellah Wakatama Allfrey.
