About the project
The Commonwealth People’s Forum (CPF) brings together civil society representatives from around the world to discuss and debate key issues facing Commonwealth people.
Held every two years in the run up to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), the CPF is the single largest opportunity for civil society to engage with Commonwealth leaders on global development issues.
The CPF provides a valuable arena for civil society to interact with decision makers, and offers a unique opportunity for participants to learn from each other and build partnerships. For governments, the forum is an opportunity to engage with civil society; to hear what they have to say and to respond accordingly.
You can revisit the conversation on Twitter and Facebook using #CWpeople
