People’s Forum Registration

This page will guide you through registering for the 2024 Commonwealth People’s Forum in Samoa. If you have any questions, please check our Frequently Asked Questions before contacting cpf@commonwealthfoundation.com.

Registration is now open to attend the 2024 Commonwealth People’s Forum at Tanoa Tusitala Hotel in Apia, Samoa from 21-22 October 2024. Commonwealth citizens whose work and interests align with the focus of the People’s Forum programme are encouraged to register.

You must be able to confirm that all costs associated with your participation (including travel and accommodation expenses) are being met by you or your sponsoring organisation. The Commonwealth Foundation is unable to provide financial assistance. Please do not apply if you cannot confirm that your participation in the Forum is fully funded. Please consult our Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

We seek a broad mix of delegates with representation from across the Commonwealth; including Commonwealth accredited and affiliated organisations. Those who bring new or lesser-heard voices and perspectives to the meeting are especially encouraged to register.

There is no registration fee to participate in the People’s Forum. Due to limited capacity at the People’s Forum venue, we cannot guarantee that all registrations will be accepted. To make sure that you do not take a space from someone else, please only apply if you are sure you will be attending.  The Commonwealth Foundation appreciates that it will be difficult for many people to travel all the way to Samoa. We are currently working with the Host Government to ensure the full Forum programme is accessible to everyone online. Please join our mailing list to learn more about virtual attendance.
