Submissions Call for The Caribbean Writer – Volume 31
The Caribbean Writer, an international literary journal with a Caribbean focus, is announcing a submission call for its 31st edition. Issues unique to the Caribbean should be central to the work, or the work should reflect a Caribbean heritage, experience, or perspective.
The journal welcomes short stories, essays, poems, interviews, personal narratives and one-act plays
All submissions are eligible for these prizes: The Virgin Islands Daily News Prize ($500); The Canute A. Brodhurst Prize ($400); The David Hough Literary Prize ($500); The Marvin E. Williams Literary Prize ($500); The Cecile de Jongh Literary Prize ($500) and The Charlotte & Isidor Paiewonsky Prize ($250).
