Award-winning Jamaican short story writer and novelist Diana McCaulay was the 2012 Commonwealth Short Story Regional Winner for the Caribbean for her story The Dolphin Catcher. Based in Kingston, Jamaica, Diana is also the CEO of the Jamaica Environment Trust.
