Craft Development
Craft development is an area of Commonwealth Writers’s work focused on enhancing the ability of storytellers to tell their narrative.
Strengthening the craft of writers around the Commonwealth supports their capacity to share narratives that are not necessarily part of mainstream discourse, in places where freedom of expression is challenged and where publishing infrastructure is underdeveloped.
Participants of craft development workshops are also connected to a range of platforms through which to amplify their stories.
